A group of 40 women from Gram Saraiya (Padma Block) and Gram Mangura (Ichak Block), Hazaribagh district, who completed 15 days of wooden craft training under the LEDP program, were taken on an exposure visit to Urban Haat Hazaribagh and Patratu Ramgarh.
At Urban Haat, they explored a range of handmade products, learned about production techniques, marketing strategies, and ways to improve profitability. They also had the chance to witness the rich cultural heritage of Jharkhand.
After a brief refreshment break, the women visited Patratu Ramgarh, where they explored shops displaying innovative handmade products. This visit ignited enthusiasm among the women and introduced them to new materials and ideas.
