With CSR support from NTPC, SWADESH launched a 15-day bamboo craft training program for Self-Help Group (SHG) women in Birhor Colony village, Pagar, Keredari Block, Hazaribagh. The program was inaugurated with a lamp-lighting ceremony by Chief Guest, NTPC officials, Keredari Block Head Sunita Devi, Panchayat Samiti Member Mahendra Rajak, and SWADESH Secretary Sudhir Kumar. This initiative aims to empower women by creating sustainable livelihood opportunities through skill development in bamboo artistry.
